Mr. Rahool Adlakha has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 1979. He is a F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and in Practice since the year 1984.

Mr. Rahool Adlakha has rich experience in the fields of Assurance and Taxation.

He heads the Assurance Services Division, that conducts various services,including Statutory Audit,that besides performing,various procedures also checks various compliances relating to the Accounting Standards and the Companies Act, 1956.This division also checks and suggests systems improvement within organizations. It is under his expert guidance and supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, management audits and audits for non-profit non government organizations are conducted for Public Sector Undertakings, Banking Institutions and Large Public and Private Sector Companies.

He has about twenty five years experience in Auditing Non Government Funded projects of various entities, which have a socio-economic impact and for various tax exemptions of these entities. He has also been involved with compilation of systems of developmental projects in India, funded by various Government Agencies.

The invaluable advice he gives for Management Assurance helps clients develop an in depth understanding of their business, and convert the information obtained, to harness unexplored opportunities, thereby improving the client's efficiency and performance. He has also structured various methodologies for the implementation of fraud detection and corporate compliance programs.

He also renders various Tax Advisory Services for Personal and Corporate tax, including VAT, Service Tax etc.
