Mr. Pradeep Kumar Varshney has completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July, 2006.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Varshney heads the various Audit Teams of the Firm in the various Statutory Audits and is very well conversant with the Accounting Standards of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has handled the Audits of various large Corporations including the Government Audits allotted by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
