• Mr. Nalin Kumar Budhraja has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 1977. He is a F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and in Practice since the year 1985.

Mr. Nalin Kumar Budhraja has rich experience in the fields of Foreign Direct Investment, Corporate Laws and International Tax.

He heads the Business Advisory Services Division that looks after setting up of business in India and compliance of the various laws relating to such setting up. It is under his expert guidance and supervision that various Foreign Companies have set up shop in India and structured their organizations as per his advice.

He has almost Twenty Five years experience in dealing with various Government Departments for obtaining approvals for the Foreign Companies wishing to set up their business in India and in compliance of the related laws for such setting up.

He has also acquired an expert knowledge in financial structuring of the Companies, advising on the various national and international laws for such structuring and tax planning.

Further, he also provides transfer pricing services, which have gained a lot of importance in today’s date when the International business barriers are crumbling. The invaluable advice he gives for Management Assurance helps clients develop an in depth understanding of their business, in relation to the environment in India taking into account various opportunities thrown up through the tax planning and the financial structuring.
